Julie Mills is currently the President of The Apartment - Condominium Vendor Guide™, a Florida based statewide resource guide for management professionals in the apartment and condominium industries.

Julie’s entire career has been dedicated to the apartment industry. For fifteen years Julie managed apartment communities in New Mexico and Florida as an on-site manager and multi-site regional manager. From 1995 to 2003, Julie worked as an apartment industry vendor in publishing and marketing. As a property management decision maker, Julie recognized a need for the apartment professional to have a comprehensive, user friendly vendor reference guide that listed vendors on a statewide basis. As a vendor, she found a lack of advertising media sources available to showcase vendor products and services to a local and statewide market. To fill the void for this type of need in the apartment industry, Julie founded Vendor Guide Publications, Inc. in 2003. The Apartment - Condominium Vendor Guide™ currently distributes 30,000 guides annually and showcases over 1500 - Apartment Industry and Condominium vendor services and products for the Multifamily and Condominium Management Professional. The Apartment-Condominium Vendor Guide recognizes the need for our world to join together in the 'green' initiative. We want to minimize our impact upon the environment by also offering the ACVG in digital format. We hope that you will join us in our initiative.
